Sorry about the delay in updating the site. It’s been a bummer being away, but I’m back and ready to hit the ground running. The cause of the delay was due to a change in ownership of the site.
I’m still here to bring you a good explanation of common sports injuries, and hopefully to bring you an interesting look at medical issues.
There are a few things to understand:
- I am not a doctor and have no formal medical training. If you are injured you should always consult with a medical professional. I create the posts on this site to help people understand in laymen’s terms what is happening with them. Also, it’s to better explain injuries that professional athletes experience. Let me repeat it again … do not use this site to treat yourself.
- I try my best to explain things in terms everyone can understand. I miss the mark sometimes, so if you have questions, please let me know. We can learn from each other.
- You can expect a new post each day, which is good since there are times you’ll bookmark a page and come back to it.
